Advertising Terms and Agreement

All proposed advertising rates have been secured for said client of New Vision Advertising LLC and are to be honored for the duration of this agreement. New Vision Advertising (NVA) agrees to place advertising for the client in a timely manor consistent with the dates listed herein. NVA will provide said advertising prior to any and all deadlines once payment has been received and/or arranged in advance. If the client fails to make payment in a timely manner, advertising rates and deadlines will no longer be guaranteed by NVA.

NVA agrees to represent the best interest of the client in all advertising placement. In the event any third party fails to run the contracted ad or spot, NVA will negotiate on behalf of the client, any and all terms of compensation to be offered by such third party. Such terms may include but are not limited to: re-submission of advertising, reduced rates on additional advertising, partial to full refunds. NVA makes no advance guarantee as to the result of negotiations with a third party.

NVA makes all recommendations based on history with past clients. NVA makes no guarantee as to the response or results of advertising placed by the client.

In the event any term of this agreement is not fulfilled, each party has the right to seek outside council at the expense of the inquiring party. In the event any amount due is placed with legal council for collection, NVA shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys fees whether suit be filled or not. The person signing this agreement below guaranties they posses the authority to bind the entity referred to as “client” and New Vision Advertising LLC under the terms of this agreement.

Once signed, the terms of this agreement will be valid for the following period(s) and may only be extended with the signing of a new agreement. The agreement dates are as follows:
